SO SILLY!

si xue walked into the arrival area,
saw evelyn and began smiling.

teacher evelyn: good morning si xue!
si xue: *smiles but looks elsewhere*
teacher evelyn: si xue, good morning! don't need to keep looking for the fans. so silly!
si xue: teacher evelyn so silly, si xue don't need to say good morning!
teacher evelyn: ?!?!

sometime later when the children had free play, si xue was wandering about, not engaging himself with the toys or the materials on the table. he was staring at a particular corner up on the wall. actually it was a wall fan up in the corner, to be more precise.

we usually don't allow him and stop him from doing that because it indicates inappropriate behaviours and si xue understands that he is not supposed to be looking at the fans too.

me: tan si xue! WHAT are you looking at?
si xue: *looks down immediately*
me: si xue, answer me. what are you looking at?
si xue: looking at teacher evelyn!
*turns his eyes to evelyn immediately*

evelyn: HAHAHA. no, si xue. don't bluff me ah.
answer teacher beixuan properly.
me: si xue, what are you looking at?
si xue: looking at teacher beixuan!
*looks up at me immediately*
me: tan si xue! i'll ask you one more time.
what were you looking at?
si xue: *looks down at his feet*

evelyn: si xue, faster answer. or i will tie you to the ...
si xue: fan. si xue looking at the fan.
evelyn: hor. can you look at the fan?
si xue: yes.
me: what did you say?
si xue: no.
me: if not, what will happen?
si xue: if not, silly teacher evelyn will tie me to the fan! *smirks*

then we all burst out in laughters :)
