"I MISS YOU!"

i went back to work yesterday to find myself being welcomed back by overwhelming yet warm responses from my kids. when i stepped into my classroom, my kids were surrounding me with bright sparkling eyes, big grins and of course, loads of hugs & kisses.

so i was bombarded by their endless questions with regards to my few days of absence. but some of their questions and responses got me laughing-out-loud. there were many but these were just some of the few i could remember.

#01:
xiuyi: ms xuan! why is your face so dark?
me: oh cos i went under the sun for a long time and got sunburnt.
xiuyi: next time cannot stay too long under the sun ok? later will become black black like indian!
me: HAHA.
xiuyi: but nevermind, even if you become black black like indian, i still love you! *hugs*
me: awwww. *hugs*

#02:
carmen: ms xuan! you didn't come to school for 2 days!
me: haha yes yes, i took a little break.
carmen: oh i really miss you a lot! *hugs*
me: awwww. thats really sweet of you dearie! *hugs*

#03:
rian: ms xuan, why didn't you come to school? where did you go?
me: i took a little break and went to the beach
rian: you went to the beach? did you catch fish and crabs?
me: HAHAHA. oh unfortunately i didn't. if i did, i could have brought back to school and show all of you!
rian: oh but you must be very very careful. better remember to wear shoes on the sand if not the crab will suddenly jump out at you!
me: HAHAHA.

hui en: no la, i don't think so. i don't think ms xuan go and catch fish and crabs.
me: oh so what did you think i went to the beach for?
hui en: i know! you go to the beach and wear bikini and play in the sun la!
me: *faints*

i can doubly, triplely confirm guarantee plus stamp chop on my opinion about her though.
i am so NOT very proud to announce:

I HAVE A BIMBO IN MY CLASS!
