TOO MUCH VEGETABLES?

i was getting my 3 year olds to understand the value from 1 to 10 through dough play. so i got them to roll many small balls of dough and then get them to count the number of dough balls they had rolled. upon completing the task, they could do/make anything they like.

this was what happened:

benedikt: i am going to make bread *kneads the dough*
chantelle: i make ice cream for you ok? *looks at me & started on her 'ice cream*
gordon: i will make hotdogs for you! *began rolling a big ball of dough on the table*

soon after, gordon finished his hotdog and held it up.

gordon: see my hotdog! nice? (for your information, it was rather thick with cracks here and there due to the slight dryness of the dough)
audrey: EEEYER! why did you make a poopoo?
me: *giggles*
chantelle: EEEKS! your poopoo is green colour one! so ugly! (another additional information, the dough was light green in colour)
me: HAHAHA.
benedikt: gordon, why is your poopoo green colour one huh?
charlene: maybe he eat too much vegetables just now?
me: ?!
