having stanley in my class has been giving me lots of laughs in my frustrations with him. sometimes i wonder if he understands me when i discipline him. let me quote you an incident that happened last week.

he stepped unto kako's fingers when he was wearing shoes. it was pretty painful so kako cried. upon seeing kako crying, he paused for a while then gave a little laugh. witnessing what happened, i took him to kako.

me: what happened?
stanley: happened?
kako: stanley stepped on me *sobbed*
me: say sorry
stanley: *looks at me* say sorry
me: no! you look at her and say sorry.
stanley: * still looking at me* say sorry
me: *tries to control my laughter, then turned his head towards kako* say sorry.
stanley: haha. sorry!
me: you don't laugh when you hurt your friend. it is not funny. not nice. say sorry to your friend.
stanley: *looks at me with his innocent eyes* not funny. not nice. sorry.
me: look at her and say sorry. and you say sorry to who?
stanley: *looks at kako* sorry who?
me: *burst out laughing*

apparently i couldn't control my laughter anymore. so i practically laughed out loud. hahaha :)
