it was just before our g12 meeting started when we were chatting happily on some random topics and we started talking about shows screened on television. well, i-robot was featured on tv not too long ago. i was impressed by a statement it made.

it said, "My maker had a plan when he made me and i believe that i am made for a purpose."

it then turned to two other people and said, "i believe that you are also made for a reason, don't you think so?"

okayys okayys, of course i'm not considering the fact that it's purpose was to kill.

it took me, a human a few nights to process a reflective thought from a statement made by a robot on television. even a robot knows its purpose upon its arrival on earth; that is to fulfil its maker's plans. me? i can't even comprehend my presence on earth. not to even mention about accepting the fact that i do not know my maker's plans and that i can only wait in the fear of anticipation for what is to come ahead. sometimes i even despair at the mystery of being stuck in the viscious cycles of this world.

we all know that robots are made to follow and obey their makers ' directions. so in other words, there is no compromise on a robot's obedience and it will never fail. well, unless it turns faulty. but then again, it can be fixed and be put to good use once more. yet it is interesting to see that no matter what, the maker knows that he can never be disappointed once the robot is ready for functioning. simply because the robot is made just for the maker and it trusts that it is in the good hands of the maker.

a good robot knows that it will only listen and obey its maker. a good robot knows that in order to live a true robotic life, it only has to fulfil its maker's plans. a good robot knows that its maker knows the best for it. a good robot knows that if it turns faulty, its maker will restore its functions. a good robot knows that it is in good hands.

my application?
i want to learn how i can be a good robot for my Maker :)
