today's class was pretty boring except for the microteachings which some of my classmates did. well, i'm supposed to do that next week. but it means there'll be higher expectations and more elaborate lesson plans required. this also mean that i need to buck up on my school work and preparations cos there seems to be lots of things to do for the next 2 weeks. sigh.


well on a lighter note, i went fishing with my grandfather yesterday afternoon. it was my first time holding the fishing rod, hooking the bait and casting it. but i didn't dare to reel in when there was a catch. i was more afraid that i might lose the fish. we spent 3 hours and got 3 fishes in the end. it was great fun! unfortunately, they kept jumping around that i didn't take any proper pictures of them. but i'm glad i had this wonderful opportunity to try something different for the first time. thanks to my beloved grandpa :)
